In order to receive your email, you need to setup your email software.

Most people use either Outlook, or Outlook Express. All email programs generally ask for the same info... Incoming and Outgoing mail servers, and account name/password...

Open Outlook, and go to the Tools menu.

Choose Email Accounts.

Then, Add New Account (or if you are changing your settings, choose View or Change).

The settings are usually:

POP3 incoming mail server:  your domain name (website name like

SMTP outgoing mail server:  your domain name (if this doesn't work, you may need to use your ISPs settings, like --- check with your Internet provider)

User Account (Login):  your full email address, all lowercase ( ex: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)
