"I'm expecting an email, and I know it's been sent. But, I haven't received it yet."
Sometimes, an email can get blocked by the Mail Filters, either because of the message looks like spam to the filters, or the message might have an attachment that is viewed as 'unsafe'.
We can check the log files, and if it is caught in the filter, it can be released.
We need the following info:
- Sender email address
- Recipient email address
- approximate date/time
- possible 'subject' if known
If it is within 3 days, we might be able to release it from the filter.
